87-Year-Old Killed In Crash Near Sacramento Airport: Reports

SACRAMENTO — An 87-year-old man was killed in a crash overnight near Sacramento International Airport, according to reports.

The incident occurred around 1 a.m. near the Interstate 5 off ramp to Airport Boulevard, The Sacramento Bee reported. A Ford truck struck a GMC Yukon SUV and went through a chain-link fence, according to ABC10, which reported the man who died, a Sacramento resident and the driver of the Yukon, was pronounced at the scene.

The driver of the truck was a 32-year-old man and Yuba City resident, the Bee reported.
