CA Hispanic Chambers Announce Oakland for 43rd Annual Convention

Over 1,500 attendees expected to attend, provide economic boost to the city

The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC) proudly announced today that Oakland, California is the selected site for its 43rd Annual Statewide Convention. This year's Annual Statewide Convention theme will take place August 10-13, 2022, at the Oakland Marriott City Center. The convention and its attendees are expected to provide the City of Oakland with a significant economic boost.

“We are very pleased to have selected the City of Oakland as the site of our 43rd Annual Statewide Convention,” said Julian Canete, President and CEO, California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. “Oakland is such a vibrant and energetic city with a wonderful diverse population and an array of many cultures. Our members are excited over visiting Oakland and enjoying its fantastic culinary scene, arts, music, attractions and all the city has to offer.”

The 2022 Convention Theme “BE ALL IN” highlights the tenacity, dedication, grit, and perseverance of the chamber’s diverse small business owners during and post pandemic, and their outlook in pursuing their dreams and ambitions despite a multitude of challenges and a tough economy. As CHCC grows and thrives, it seeks inspiration from individuals who are willing to take risks, achieve, and inspire.

Each Year the Annual State Convention gathers Hispanic business owners, corporate executives, and members from over 120 local and regional Hispanic Chambers of Commerce as well as statewide and national business organizations. It offers attendees the opportunity to establish strategic, long-term partnerships through direct personal engagement, sharing best practices, dialogue, networking, workshops and more.

The California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce is the nation's largest and premier regional diverse business organization.
