California Officers Rescue Bear Cub Stuck Inside Truck: Video
The mother bear apparently broke the handles off the truck doors in an attempt to free her cub.

TRUCKEE, CA -- If you think your child always finds himself or herself in odd predicaments, you're not alone. In fact, it looks like other mammals have the same dilemma. Truckee officers this week found themselves forced to save a bear cub stuck inside a truck.
The bear cub apparently locked itself inside a truck in the Northern California town, which is about 1.5 hours away from the state's capitol, Sacramento, on Friday.
The video of the rescue, which was shared on Twitter, said the mother bear tried to save her offspring but broke the handles off the truck in the process.

An officer is heard in the video saying "We'll shoot a bean bag round if that's OK with you. Our goal is to get her out and the baby out of here safely."
Officers then shoot bean bag rounds to divert the mother bear before approaching the truck. At the truck, officers are seen breaking the windows before the not-so-little baby bear tumbles out of the truck.

"Go see mama," the officer says in the video. "Mama is that way. That was fun."
The rescue won some praise from Twitter users with one person writing "That was incredible." Another user said "Well done. Keeping everyone safe!"
