1 Killed In Crash On SR-78 In Ramona

RAMONA, CA — One person was killed Thursday when a vehicle veered off a rural Ramona-area roadway and struck an embankment.
The fatal crash happened on state Route 78 at Weekend Villa Road shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
