🌱 Bill To Stop Thefts + Daylight Saving Time Forever? + Nowruz

1. Worried that your car’s catalytic converter will be stolen? Now, there is a new bill, SB 919, which may halt the increasing thefts of catalytic converters in the San Diego area. If the bill passes, dealerships would be required to engrave the car’s identification number onto the converter. Law enforcement would have access to the required detailed records of metal recyclers. 2. If the House of Representative approves legislation that would make Daylight Saving Time permanent, sunshine would be evident until later in the day. The change would mean darker mornings and later sunsets. How would the change affect humans? On the positive side, the change might result in less seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
