Celebrate the season with Cellar Hand’s Feast of Seven Fishes on Saturday, December 20th, a relaxed take on the classic Italian American holiday tradition showcasing hyper-local seafood and peak winter produce, alongside California wines perfect for pairing. The 5-course prix-fixe menu opens with canapes like Seaweed Arancini or Mackerel Tartare, first course options like Marinated Calamari Salad tossed with Castelvetrano olives, chicories and black garlic vinaigrette, followed by a second-course featuring Grilled Oysters with nduja cream and caviar, setting the stage for a hearty third course of Fideua Stew, a traditional Spanish seafood noodle dish with saffron aqua pazza, shrimp, mussels and preserved lemon aioli. The main course features Swordfish with broccoli rabe and a white bean stew with Calabrian chili crumb.
