Fire Destroys Home In Fallbrook
The blaze, called the Mission Fire, sparked amid red flag weather conditions.

FALLBROOK, CA — One home was destroyed in a fire that sparked Friday morning amid red flag weather conditions in San Diego's North County.
The blaze, called the Mission Fire, broke out in the area of Overland Trail and Mission Road in Fallbrook, according to Cal Fire.
The fire destroyed one home and burned three acres of vegetation before crews stopped forward progress of the flames, Cal Fire reported.

"Firefighters will remain on scene for several hours to strengthen control lines and mitigate hazards," Cal Fire said on social media.
The cause of the blaze was under investigation.
