Firefighters Work Open Space Rescue In San Diego
A total of 25 personnel were assigned to the rescue, including one rescue unit, one medic and two engines, officials said.
SAN DIEGO, CA — Firefighters were working an open space rescue on a rural stretch of roadway in San Diego Sunday.
The cause of the rescue was unclear, but no injuries were immediately reported.
Units were dispatched at 9:35 a.m. Sunday to the 17000 block of Stonebridge Parkway near the West Sycamore hiking trails, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
