Girl Suffers Broken Leg In Crash With Parked Box Truck In San Diego
Everyone inside the SUV was taken to a hospital.

SAN DIEGO, CA — A 12-year-old girl suffered a fractured right femur while a passenger in an SUV that rear ended a parked box truck in the Roseville/Fleet Ridge community of San Diego, authorities said Sunday.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs was not a factor in the crash, the San Diego Police Department reported.
The crash occurred about 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the eastbound block of 3400 Canon Street, where a 2017 Ford Expedition, driven by a 37-year-old woman, made an unsafe move to the right and struck the rear of an Econoline box truck that was legally parked along the south side of Canon Street.

The woman and three other passengers had complaints of pain. Everyone inside the SUV was transported to a hospital.
