Hot Prowler Targets Apartments In SDSU Area
The incident happened around 10:20 p.m. Monday.

SAN DIEGO, CA -- Authorities on Tuesday announced a hot prowl burglary in the San Diego State University area. The incident happened around 10:20 p.m. Monday in the 5500 block of Hardy Avenue, according to the university.
Authorities said an unknown suspect entered two apartments through unlocked windows and encountered a victim. The suspect left the scene with a cell phone and an iPad. No one was injured during the crime, police said.
The suspect is described as a black adult male, 30-40 years of age, 5’05”, about 160 pounds, bald, dark zippered hoodie, and jeans.
