1. The heat is stifling! The humidity makes a hot day seem hotter. It is oppressive. You are happy to have air conditioning. However, what if rolling blackouts hit our area? 2. It’s craziness! These ‘sideshow takeovers’ have been occurring around San Diego County more, and more often. Over the Labor Day weekend, more than 60 people were🚨arrested. Eleven people were arrested on suspicion of reckless driving, driving under the influence, excessive speeding, speeding contests, watching illegal events, and other crimes. Seven vehicles were impounded for 30 days. Seven people were cited for ‘aiding and abetting in a sideshow.’ SDPD Lt. Adam Sharki stated, “San Diego Police, CHP, and National City PD became aware of some planned takeovers throughout the county and decided to take some action against that.” SDPD is on the job!
