Jurassic Quest Brings 'Life-Like' Dinosaurs To Del Mar Fairgrounds
Jurassic Quest features live shows, rideable dinosaurs, science and art activities, bounce houses, photo opportunities and more.

SAN DIEGO, CA — The popular interactive dinosaur experience Jurassic Quest returns this weekend to San Diego.
The event, which is billed as "North America's biggest dinosaur event," opens Friday and runs through Monday at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
Families can walk through the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods to see true-to-life versions of the creatures. In addition to "life-like dinosaurs," other highlights include interactive baby dinosaurs and a raptor training experience. Jurassic Quest also features live dinosaur shows, real fossils, rideable dinosaurs, science and art activities, bounce houses, a soft play area, face painting, photo opportunities, and more.

Jurassic Quest is open from 1 to 6 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday at the Del Mar Fairgrounds at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. in Del Mar.

General admission tickets include access to the dinosaur exhibits, arts and crafts activities, and dinosaur shows. There are rides and some activities that require "kids unlimited tickets" for children ages 2-10. Admission is free for children under 2.
