A commercial building designed as a corporate headquarters has sold for $8.98 million, a real estate brokerage announced.

Sale of the two-story, 24,614-square-foot building, in Kearny Mesa, was coordinated by Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors.
They did not disclose the seller and buyer of the Paramount Drive property.
