At Least 1 Killed In Fiery Crash On 805 Freeway In Chula Vista
A witness told the CHP that the car was being driven recklessly and caught fire.
CHULA VISTA, CA — At least one person was killed in a fiery crash on the Jacob Dekema (805) Freeway in Chula Vista Sunday evening.
The crash was reported around 10:35 p.m. Sunday on the northbound 805 Freeway at the connector to the eastbound South Bay (54) Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A witness told the CHP that the car was being driven recklessly, and caught fire, and that a good Samaritan was tried to extricate a woman from the vehicle.
