  1. Looking for something to do this weekend? Well, you are in luck. On Friday, check out the Latino Film Festival which runs through March 20. The Cherry Blossom Festival is open all weekend. On Saturday, visit the Tiny Fest (tiny homes) in Del Mar. Visit the Lakehouse Hotel for its Food & Wine Festival. Spend the day at a St. Patrick's Day Parade in Balboa Park. Go to the Circle of Art in Borrego Springs Saturday or Sunday. On Sunday, you can attend the St. Patrick's Yappy Hour, or ride the "Emperor" at Sea World.   2. Ahhh! Longer days will arrive to San Diego with Daylight Savings Time this weekend. Those beautiful San Diego sunsets will come later too.   3. There's good news for travelers! In May, Spirit Airlines will add a daily route from San Diego Airport to Metropolitan Oakland International Airport. Now, you can fly in, party in the Bay area, and fly back to San Diego the next day. Spirit also offers nonstop flights from San Diego to Las Vegas.
