Poway Man With Dementia Reported Missing
Zhi Lu, 63, speaks limited English and was reported last seen Tuesday afternoon in Bird Rock area, San Diego County Sheriff's deputies said.
POWAY, CA — A 63-year-old Poway man who authorities said has dementia and speaks limited English was reported missing after last being seen in Bird Rock, authorities said Thursday.
Zhi Lu was last seen by his son leaving the 600 block of Wrelton Drive, near La Jolla Boulevard, around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, said San Diego County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Bo Roberson.
Lu is Asian, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, has black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing a green baseball cap with a brown wave logo, a dark gray winter jacket, black sweatpants and black shoes with no logo.

Anyone who has seen Lu or knows of his whereabouts was asked to call 911.
