Motorcyclist Killed In Imperial Beach Traffic Crash
The motorcyclist died at the scene of the accident.
IMPERIAL BEACH, CA — A motorcyclist was killed Thursday in a collision with a pickup truck in a neighborhood at the south end of San Diego Bay.
The two-wheeler and the Ford F-150 collided at Donax Avenue and 13th Street in Imperial Beach shortly before 8:30 a.m. Thursday, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s whose name was not immediately available, died at the scene of the accident. No other injuries were reported.

The circumstances of the crash were under investigation, though intoxication was not believed to have been a factor, sheriff's Lt. Patrick Fox said.
