Power Restored To All SDG&E Customers After Public Safety Shutoffs
Weather models indicate additional Santa Ana winds early next week, according to SDG&E.

SAN DIEGO, CA — Power has been restored for thousands of San Diego Gas and Electric customers whose service was shut down as a safety measure amid critical fire weather conditions in parts of San Diego County.
As of 11:30 a.m. Thursday, power was restored to all customers affected by the most recent round of public safety power shutoffs, according to SDG&E.
Earlier this week, SDG&E de-energized customers in certain communities to help reduce wildfire risk during dry conditions and gusty Santa Ana winds. SDG&E crews restored power to all customers following patrols and inspections of power lines on foot and by air.
