2. There is good news at the pump! ⛽ Gas prices in San Diego have dropped over $1 since June 15. "We may see more relief at the pump as we move closer to the end of summer road trips, but a more significant decrease in demand for fuel will likely come after Labor Day weekend," said Doug Shupe, the Automobile Club of Southern California's corporate communications manager. 3. San Diego is the perfect place for outdoor eating and drinking establishments. Now, there is a new kid on the block opening in September in the Bay Park neighborhood. The Gärten will present four locally-grown food and drink establishments in one shared space, where patrons can gather, drink, and dine. 🍕 🍺 Fashioned after the European biergarten, The Gärten is a 2,500 square foot outdoor space with local art, live music, and entertainment. It’s called 🦇‘Paper Birds,’🦇 and it will be presented on Aug. 20-21. ‘Paper Birds' is the interactive story about a young musician 🎶 who is searching for inspiration. 🌠 The 2-part, 30-minute film was created by Wonderspaces, San Diego’s VR (virtual reality) Film Series 📽️ developed by 3DAR.
