Rancho Santa Fe Site Sells For $5.6M After Being Held By Same Owner For More Than 80 Years

Francisco Family Partnership sold the property, 6015 Paseo Delicias, to undisclosed local investors.

A freestanding commercial/retail property in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe has sold for $5.6 million after being in the hands of one owner for more than eight decades.

Francisco Family Partnership sold the property, 6015 Paseo Delicias, to undisclosed local investors.

Peter Curry, Brooks Campbell and Kevin Cuff of Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Capital Group in San Diego represented the seller, which had owned the property for 83 years.

Curry, a Cushman managing director, said the buyers “were attracted to this unique property due to its location on the most prominent corner in downtown Rancho Santa Fe.”

“This an iconic, generational asset that presented a very rare acquisition opportunity,” he said.
