A revamped eight-unit apartment building near El Cajon Boulevard has sold for $2.67 million, according to a real estate firm.

The 5,616-square-foot building is located at 4344 Van Dyke Ave.
Mike Conger and Brian Jenkins of Commercial Asset Advisors represented the buyer, AZ Investments. John Ronis of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the seller, X & J Real Estate, LLC.
