- State and local leaders in California plan to protect and expand reproductive rights here. A plan to add Amendment 10 to the State’s constitution is being considered. It would uphold the right to choose abortion and contraception. A 2/3 vote in the State Assembly would be necessary to place the amendment on the November statewide ballot. - Brace yourself! San Diego County Water Authority is raising rates to its member agencies.
