- It's Back! It's time to go out and taste the fine flavors of San Diego. Restaurant Week starts today and extends through April 10. - Have you applied for rental assistance through the State of California? If so, you can remain in your apartment until June 30. If not, you may be served with an eviction notice. - Want to get your second COVID booster? If you are 50 years of age, or older, and if four months have passed since your last booster, you can get your second booster now. If you are an immunocompromised individual age 12 and older, and if four months have passed since you last booster, you can now get your second booster. - The good news is: Nearly 200 new units are set to be built near North Park. The bad news is: The 7-Story project will take two years to complete. "We are thrilled to bring our distinct brand of apartments to one of the best submarkets on the West Coast," said Will Murphy, managing partner and CEO of CEDARst, the developer. "We believe our high-quality and fairly priced apartments will be a fantastic new option for residents of these historic neighborhoods." The development will include a cafe, a fitness center, a lounge, a game room, and an exterior deck with a pool, hot tub, cabanas, and a communal kitchen.
