SAN DIEGO, CA — San Diego Humane Society will waive all pet adoption fees Saturday for Clear the Shelters Day.

The special promotion takes place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additionally, the nonprofit organization is offering 50% off adoptions for the month of August.

The August promotions are part of the national Clear the Shelters campaign, which encourages pet adoption during a time when shelters across the country, including San Diego Humane Society, are at or over capacity.
