San Diego Krispy Kreme Stores Offer Free Donut For The Vaccinated
Krispy Kreme is offering a free donut if you show your COVID-19 vaccination card, the company announced.

SAN DIEGO, CA — Krispy Kreme is offering a sweet deal: a free glazed donut if you show your COVID-19 vaccination card, the company announced.
The sweet incentive starts Monday and is offered through the end of 2021 at U.S. shops, USA Today reports.
The company wants "to show our support for those who choose to get vaccinated," they announced. "Anyone who shows their COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card will receive a free Original Glazed doughnut."

Here's where to find Krispy Kreme stores around San Diego:
- 11050 Rancho Carmel Dr., San Diego
- 4180 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego
- 2305 Otay Lakes Rd., Suite 206, Chula Vista
People can redeem the special offer in-store or through the drive-thru at participating U.S. locations. A vaccine sticker is not valid, only the record card, according to the company.

Krispy Kreme also will support health care workers and volunteers who are helping administer vaccines, delivering free doughnuts to select vaccination centers throughout the country in the coming weeks, according to a news release.
Krispy Kreme is also offering its employees four hours of paid time off to get vaccinated.
"We all want to get COVID-19 behind us as fast as possible and we want to support everyone doing their part to make the country safe by getting vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them," said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme Chief Marketing Officer.
