If you're willing to ride at least 100 miles per month for the next two years, the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) has a bike for you.   2. Six kayakers were rescued by lifeguards on Thursday after having difficulty kayaking back to shore in La Jolla. Santa Ana winds endangered the kayakers, as well as 15 others. All were returned to shore without further incident. Thank you, lifeguards! (Times of San Diego)
