SD Weekend: Uncorked Wine Fest; TwainFest; Model Railroad 'Thomas' Day

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — To keep your weekend fun and lively, Patch has rounded up some entertaining events going on throughout the San Diego region — from the southern border, to East County, through beach towns, to the uppermost points of North County and communities in between.
