- SDG&E has money for you! Yes, it’s true! The California Public Utilities Commission requires utilities that emit greenhouse gases to purchase carbon pollution permits. Money from the sale is then shared with customers. According to the utility, no action is required to receive the credits. - It's that time of year again, and the college crowd will be coming to San Diego on Spring Break. College kids will be at the beach, in the pub, on the streets, and in the pools. Lifeguards are preparing for their arrival. The police will be monitoring for drink, drugs, and driving. Residents will be moving out of the way. - It was a cold case from more than fifty years ago. A young woman was murdered by a sailor in San Diego. Now a 76-year-old man, John Sipos, has been convicted of murder and will be sentenced on April 22. He is expected to receive a sentence of seven years to life.
