  1. SDG&E has money for you! Yes, it’s true! The California Public Utilities Commission requires utilities that emit greenhouse gases to purchase carbon pollution permits. Money from the sale is then shared with customers. According to the utility, no action is required to receive the credits. Credits will show first on April bills, and they will show again in August and September. To learn more: Click into Parenthesis, then click the link. (NBC San Diego)
  2. It's that time of year again, and the college crowd will be coming to San Diego on Spring Break. College kids will be at the beach, in the pub, on the streets, and in the pools. Lifeguards are preparing for their arrival. The police will be monitoring for drink, drugs, and driving. Residents will be moving out of the way.
