  1. The Sheriff's Bomb/Arson Unit needs your help. The unit is searching for a man who was seen starting multiple brush fires in North County. One fire was started in the City of Vista while another one was started in Oceanside. The Sheriff’s Bomb/Arson Squad is asking the public for help.   2. COVID-19 cases are rising. A recent count increased the county’s cumulative totals to 759,696 cases. The death count remained at 5,238. At least 93 percent of San Diegans age 5 and older are partially vaccinated. Just under 83 percent have received a booster shot. It is not too late to get vaccinated or boosted.   3. Aevex Aerospace of Solana Beach will send a new weapon, the Phoenix Ghost, to Ukraine. The drone can 'shoot and scoot,' quickly leaving so that the user cannot be targeted. “This is cutting-edge drone technology that has not been used before in Ukraine.   4. Homes in San Diego for under $150K? Yes, there are still a few homes available at this price point. What will this $150,000 get you — a small, older mobile home. Only 1 percent of residential properties currently available for sale are in this price range. In the era of million-dollar homes, this may be the greatest bargain in San Diego.
