  1. The organization's purpose is to aid veterans in need of transitional🏘️housing and other services. The group, Warrior Foundation Freedom Station, has now purchased a property in San Diego. The South Park group calls it the ‘Freedom Station’ and said it is ‘a unique recovery transition center and housing facility that provides injured warriors with the acclimation time, guidance and resources to successfully make the transition from military service to civilian life.” The property consists of 12 cottage-style units and 10 garages.   2. Need a job? — A temporary gig that lasts no more than two weeks? Well, you’re in luck! San Diego County needs YOU! The county is hiring poll🧑‍💼👩‍💼workers for the Nov. 8 general election and is paying $16 per hour. The job consists of submitting hiring/payroll paperwork, attending a two-day, paid poll worker training, opening/closing a vote center, processing voters, and answering voter questions.
