A four-unit apartment vacation-rental property in Carlsbad, has been purchased for $4 million in a transaction between two trusts, according to a real estate firm.

Aaron Bove and CJ Ferns, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, represented the seller and the buyer of 3360 Carlsbad Blvd. Both were unnamed individual/personal trusts.
The property, located across from one of the community’s beaches, is also within walking distance to Carlsbad Village. The building consists of three two-bedroom, two-bath units and a one-bedroom, one-bath unit.
