  1. The San Diego County Women’s Hall of Fame inducted five San Diego women with diverse backgrounds into their organization. The women were chosen based on their history of professional or volunteer work, and the exceptional contributions they made to their communities.   2. The international professional fraternity for U.S. veterans, Mu Beta Phi Military Fraternity Inc., is hosting a community service gala April 21 – 23. The fraternity’s "Day of Service" campaign, which mobilized service members in 13 states, helped Mu Beta Phi win the Professional Fraternity Association 2021 most outstanding community service award.   3. Join City Cruises and take your four-legged friends to celebrate San Diego ‘Pet Day on the Bay.’ The pups are welcome aboard four different one-hour ‘Pirates and Mermaids’ sightseeing cruises. Special doggie treats provided by Kahoots will be available for pets and drinks and bites will be available for owners.
