Public-records databases and other proceedings link a single 40-year-old male, born July 22,1985, residing in California, to multiple variations of Defendant’s name, including “Kwesi A Neblett,” “Kwesi Neblett” “Charles Neblett,” “Charles K Neblett,” “Charles Kwesi Neblett,” “Charles Akil Neblett,” “Kwesi Akil Neblett,” “Charles Delbert Neblett,” “Charles D Neblett,” “Charles N Neblett,” “C K Neblett,” “K Neblett,” and “N Kwesi.” Those same records associate these name combinations with several different California residential addresses used by Defendant, including but not limited to 22407 Driftwood Ct, Santa Clarita, California 91350; 8 Sage Canyon Rd, Pomona, California 91766; and 23629 Del Monte Dr and 23629 Del Monte Drive, Apt. 284, Valencia, California 91355

You are hereby notified that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, Missouri, Associate Division, in which Plaintiff seeks relief for breach of contract, quantum meruit, fraudulent misrepresentation, and promissory estoppel arising from unpaid strategic communications services rendered in 2024.

You are required to file your answer or other responsive pleading with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 105 South Central Avenue, Clayton, Missouri 63105, on or before January 2, 2026, and serve a copy on Plaintiff, or a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
