$5.7M Raised For Meals On Wheels San Francisco At Gala
Meals on Wheels San Francisco delivers more than 2.6 million meals annually.

SAN FRANCISCO — Meals on Wheels San Francisco raised $5.7 million to support home-delivered meals and wellness services for seniors with its 37th Annual Star Chefs & Vintners Gala.
The event was held May 18 at Fort Mason Center.
“It was an unforgettable evening of generosity, heart, and community,” CEO Jennifer Steele said in a news release.

Meals on Wheels San Francisco delivers more than 2.6 million meals annually and also provides a network of resources that help seniors live with dignity and independence in their homes, including nutrition counseling, social work and wellness services.
Presented by Delta Dental, the gala welcomed more than 1,000 guests to an evening of culinary excellence, featuring dishes from over 70 of Northern California’s most celebrated chefs and wines from over 60 vintners.
