5 Injured In Shooting — Including 4 Minors — Near Ocean Beach: Police

SAN FRANCISCO — Five people — including four minors — were injured in a shooting Saturday night along Ocean Beach in San Francisco, according to authorities.
Officers responded shortly before 9 p.m. to the scene at Fulton Street and Great Highway, where they found multiple victims, who were taken to a local trauma hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening, authorities said.
One adult suffered a critical injury, while four minors were in stable condition late Saturday night, according to the San Francisco Fire Department. No one was immediately arrested, police said, calling the shooting “an isolated incident” with “no general threat to the public.”

“This kind of violence does not represent who we are as a city, and we will never tolerate it,” Mayor Daniel Lurie said in a social media post. “I am hoping that everyone affected will be ok.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 415-575-4444 or text a tip to 847411 and begin the message with “SFPD,” according to law enforcement.
