3 Suspects Detained In San Francisco​ Shooting

Five people were shot in the exchange of gunfire, police said.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Three suspects allegedly involved in a Saturday night shooting are currently detained, and evidence, including firearms, has been seized, San Francisco police said Sunday. Five people were shot in the exchange of gunfire, police said.

Officers responding to a shooting report at Eddy and Taylor streets shortly after 9 p.m. determined that at least two groups were involved.

Three victims — a 37-year-old Oakland man, a 30-year-old Antioch woman, and a 30-year-old Stockton man — were taken in private vehicles to a hospital in Oakland. All three were listed in non-life-threatening status, police said.

A 44-year-old San Francisco man and an Oakland man of undetermined age were hospitalized in San Francisco with non-life-threatening injuries.
