SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The Masons of California presented a $128,683 donation to the Giants Community Fund on Sept. 10, marking another milestone in their 16-year partnership through the Masons4Mitts program.

The funds will help provide baseball mitts to young athletes in underserved communities, adding to the over 65,000 mitts donated through the San Francisco Giants alone since the initiative began.

The donation was made during a pregame ceremony before the Giants faced the Milwaukee Brewers at Oracle Park.

Representatives from the Masons of California, including Grand Master Sean Metroka, presented the check on the field alongside leaders from both the Masonic and Giants organizations.

Masons4Mitts partners with several MLB teams, including the Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, and San Diego Padres, to equip young players with the tools they need to participate in junior leagues. Across California, Masons4Mitts has raised more than $2.3 million for Major League Baseball community programs.

Other California Masons philanthropic efforts include scholarship programs and literacy initiatives for underserved communities.
