Took a break from the news this weekend? Worry not: we've rounded up some of the stories you missed in NorCal on Saturday and Sunday.

SAN FRANCISCO — As the weekend wraps up, we've rounded up all the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.

But before we jump into Northern California’s top stories: The Bay Area is in for a bit of a cooling trend after a toasty weekend, with temps on track to tumble closer to their seasonal norms. A marine layer and some cloud cover should help things along by mid-week, bringing even the usual hotspots down a few notches.

"Temperatures should remain a touch below normal, with coastal/near coastal valley highs
in the 60s and 70s, with 80s to lower 90s for the warmest inland locations," NWS Bay Area wrote Sunday. "Onshore winds will be breezy at times, especially for the coastal gaps, through the Delta, and along the coastal interface."
