Dump Truck Hits 9 Cars Down San Francisco Street

Three people were injured when the truck went down a hill.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- A dump truck on Tuesday reportedly injured three people after ramming into several cars along a San Francisco street.

The incident, which was reported around 2:45 p.m., happened on Divisadero Street between Broadway and Vallejo Street, according to the San Francisco Police Department.

The truck hit at least nine cars, some of which were parked, when it went down the steep street, police said. Three people had minor injuries.

The dump truck is privately owned and the person responsible for the truck is cooperating with authorities, police said.

The incident is currently being investigated.
