Eichmann has been working at Fable for over 10 years as a Front of House Manager, the news release reported.

“Her knowledge about the restaurant processes, the food and how to manage the events team made her the perfect fit for this new role,” Co-owner Jon Vargas said. “She also has relationships with local vendors like florists, musicians, event planners, photographers, and decorators. We are really looking forward to a busy holiday season.”

The news release said that in addition to Eichmann's placement as events coordinator, Fable recently completed renovations to the garden patio to update the space for private events. Patio decks were updated with cushioned banquette benches and chairs for additional seating, a mid-century modern style banquette wood wall and sconces for lighting.

Fable has also been investing time in building partnerships with local organizations such as the Castro Theatre, the Moscone Convention Center, the San Francisco Travel Association, and others to provide a private dining space for guests attending events around the city, the news release said. The heated and covered garden patio space can accommodate private parties with up to 65 guests in an array of seating options.
