Man Shot To Death Friday Morning In Bernal Heights

The shooting happened shortly before 7 a.m.

SAN FRANCISCO —A man died in a shooting in San Francisco's Bernal Heights neighborhood on Friday morning, police said.

Officers responded shortly before 7 a.m. to a possible shooting reported in the 900 block of Ellsworth Street and arrived to find the victim lying on the ground with gunshot wounds, according to San Francisco police.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and his name was not immediately available.
