Man Shot, Dropped Out of Vehicle Midday Tuesday

SAN FRANCISCO, CA- A man found with a gunshot wound to the foot in San Francisco's Bayview District on Tuesday afternoon is refusing to cooperate with investigators, police said.

The 20-year-old victim was dropped off by a vehicle at Third Street and Quesada Avenue shortly before 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with a gunshot wound to the foot, police said. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, but declined to cooperate with police.

No suspect information was available as of this morning.
