The North Face Climb Festival Is Coming To The Bay Area For The First Time
The festival will feature athletes from North Face including Alex Honnold.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The North Face is bringing its popular Climb Festival to the Bay Area in September including a 45-foot climbing wall where participants can compete against some of the world's top climbers.
The festival will take place from Sept. 5-6 at China Basin Park in San Francisco. It will be a two-day experience and is open to the public.
"[The festival] serves as a vibrant gathering of climbing and culture, bringing together the climbing community and lifestyle enthusiasts," according to The North Face.

The 45-foot climbing wall is designed to push climbers to their limits and will have deep water below to cushion falls.

Notable North Face athletes will also be in attendance such as Alex Honnold, Angie Scarth-Johnson, Nathaniel Coleman, Brooke Raboutou, and Shawn Raboutou, with more names to be announced.

The festival will also offer a variety of engaging activities, including exclusive North Face merchandise, live DJ performances, bouldering walls, and insightful panel discussions exploring the intersection of climbing and culture.
