SAN FRANCISCO, NY — Two vehicle drivers had a "car to car" shootout while zipping through San Francisco's streets, leaving six people injured, including two people shot — one with life-threatening injuries — and shattered glass along a mile stretch of road on Sunday, San Francisco police told ABC 13.

A 10-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle as she walked her bike across a street, and three other people were struck by flying glass, police said.

"It appears that this was an isolated incident," Police Chief Bill Scott told reporters at a news conference. "And these individuals were targeting each other. We don't believe this was random at all."

Scott expects there will be "a lot" of video, including cell phone footage, ABC 13 reported.

One of the vehicles involved in the shootout is a white sedan, Scott told Kron 4.

“The message is clear: you cannot, and will not come to this city and commit these types of acts, and walk away from here and get away with it," Scott told the outlet. "We will find you. We will find you and you will go to jail. ”
