SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Multiple homes in a San Francisco neighborhood were flooded Monday morning after a water main break, according to fire officials.
It's unclear what caused the break or when exactly it broke. San Francisco Fire Department officials said around 8:23 a.m. that homes in the 200 block of Santos Street, between Velasco and Geneva avenues, were flooded with two to three feet of water.
The water main has since been shut down and is in the process of being repaired.
