• Fire breaks out at recycling facility in San Martin (cbsnews.com) — A fire at the San Martin Transfer Station on Llagas Avenue triggered a shelter-in-place order Monday morning for nearby neighborhoods, including Zone SCC-150 between East San Martin Avenue and Tennant Avenue. Fire crews are still working the scene, and officials urge anyone smelling smoke to stay indoors while they contain the burning recycling materials and affected structure.
