• $150K in Rent Aid Is Only a Band-Aid, San Pablo Seniors Say (ccpulse.org) — San Pablo has set aside $150,000 to give one-time $1,000 grants to 150 senior mobile home renters, but many residents say that’s only a temporary fix as rents keep rising. City leaders are split over pursuing stronger local rent protections, and applications for the new aid program will open in early January 2026.
