The Fairfax Town Council will hold a special meeting tonight at 7 p.m. at the Fairfax Women's Club. On the agenda:
- Discussion of a medical marijuana tax.
- Discussion of the ballot language for a special local sales tax.
- Adopt a resolution for the construction work on the Good Earth project at Fair-Anselm.
- Introduce a proposed 2011-12 budget.
- Consider allowing home bee-keeping.
- Discussion of natural gas fracking.
