Agendas: San Anselmo Council, School District

The San Anselmo Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. at the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall. On the agenda:

• Approve recreation expenditure reports and emergency revenue and expenditure reports.
• Approve a resolution in support of the Marin 100+ garden challenge.
• Presentation on the impediments to fair housing and discussion of Fairfax's recommendations.
• Approve projects and authorize bids for storm-related damages on Scenic Avenue and Redwood Road.
• Consider discussion of possible rate increase by the sanitary district and appoint a council member liaison.

The Ross Valley School District board will meet at the school district office on Shaw Drive at 7:40 p.m., following a book discussion on the Global Achievement Gap at Wade Thomas from 5 to 7 p.m. On the agenda:

• Discussion of student and employee matters in closed session.
• Discussion of possible flood control projects in conjunction with the bond/modernization measures.
• Discussion and updates on the state budget situation and possible cuts.
• Present proposed school year 2011-12 budget.
