Applicants Sought For San Anselmo Housing Element Advisory Committee

SAN ANSELMO, CA — San Anselmo over the next year is expected to be focus on updating its Housing Element, and the Town is seeking residents to serve on the newly created Housing Element Advisory Committee (HEAC).

In addition to reviewing and provide guidance on goals and policies related to the update of the Housing Element, one of the HEAC’s main purpose is to assist the town in ensuring a broad and inclusive community outreach and engagement process.

The Update will involve participation from community members through public meetings, workshops, and online surveys.

Interviews are expected to be held virtually June 20 to 21 and the Town Council is expected to make its appointment June 28.

The first HEAC meeting is expected to be held July 11.
